This agreement outlines the terms under which Nore Jewelry (“the Company”) may hold an in-stock stone or jewelry item (“the Item”) for a client (“Client”).
By submitting a deposit, the Client agrees to the following terms.

Up to 14 days for high-value pieces, at the Company’s discretion.
-
Deposit Terms

If the Client completes the purchase, the deposit will be applied toward the final balance.

Nore Jewelry reserves the right to decline, limit, or extend a hold based on demand, item value, or other internal considerations.
Our Warranty
Phase One: 1 Year Unlimited Coverage
For the first year after delivery, Nore Jewelry provides complimentary repair services for issues related to normal wear and tear.
This coverage excludes damage caused by purposeful or excessive misuse.
The warranty period begins on the date the piece is received by the purchaser.
Phase Two: Lifetime Repairs at Cost
After the first year, Nore Jewelry will continue to service your piece for life at cost.
“At cost” means you pay only the actual repair cost, with no additional markup or profit added by us.
This phase begins immediately after the 1-year unlimited warranty period expires.
Warranty Limitations
Any repair, resizing, or modification performed by an outside jeweler will void the Nore Jewelry warranty. This policy exists because external work may affect the integrity of the setting or stones, and we cannot guarantee the workmanship of third parties.
Our team is always happy to assist with repairs. If you need support, please contact us at:
Warranty Eligibility
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the piece.
Jewelry purchased through resale or transferred ownership is not covered under the Nore Jewelry warranty.
