💎 Production & Preparation Time
Each order requires 14–21 business days for production and preparation.
This includes:

Orders are processed Monday through Sunday.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the following business day.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your piece has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
All shipments are fully trackable and securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.
📦 Estimated Total Delivery Timeline
Most customers receive their order within 17–28 business days from the date of purchase.
During peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays, delivery times may vary slightly.
We always aim to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible without compromising craftsmanship.
